Athlete Village
ELEIKO HQ
At Eleiko HQ in Austin, we are creating an unparalleled experience for athletes from around the globe. Not only will it serve as the official training center for all participants in the competition, but it will also become a vibrant hub for forging new connections, rekindling old friendships, enjoying various recreational activities, providing lunch through our catered food trucks, and exploring vendor offerings. In true Eleiko style, we will serve Swedish waffles and coffee to all attendees on selected mornings throughout the weeks. Live streams of the competitions will ensure you will not miss out on the action from the competition stage.
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm daily
Food trucks will be available from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm daily.
Buses will provide regular shuttle service between official hotels, venue and Eleiko Athlete Village.
TRAINING HALL
Eleiko Athlete Village will be the official training hall during the championships. We will have
available six complete competition powerlifting setups, including a test scale. Come on over and
get your training in and hang out with fellow powerlifters.
BANQUETS
On the days of the banquets, we transform the Eleiko HQ into a Texas celebration – Get ready
for the ultimate TEXAS BBQ BANQUET at Eleiko HQ during the 2024 IPF Bench World
Championships!
After the intense competitions wrap up, Eleiko, along with legendary Pitmaster “The Smoking
Swede” and his trusty sidekick Pitmaster Dobbins, is hosting a Texas-style BBQ exclusively for
the amazing athletes and coaches. We’re serving up slow-smoked meats, mouthwatering sides,
and ice-cold refreshments, all accompanied by amazing country tunes from our live band. With
a blend of Texan and Swedish hospitality, this BBQ promises unforgettable moments, a chance
to honor our powerlifting champions, and a party to remember. We will have games and
activities throughout the evening. Bonus points if you come dressed in your favorite cowboy
hat and cowboy boots.
